How can I load the production workflow in the development workflow? – SYNTASA™

You can load a production workflow to a development workflow by following the steps below:

1. Vertical ellipsis can be seen in the top right corner of the Development workflow. Choose LOAD after clicking the ellipsis there.

2. The Snapshot workflow popup window will open.
3. Click on Load Snapshot after selecting "Production" in the Source workflow dropdown.

Additionally, you can take a snapshot of development before loading the production version by selecting the radio button to say "Yes" and give the Snapshot a name if you want to take a Snapshot of this.
