The Syntasa platform's workspace is where users can create apps, dashboards, notebooks, and manage resources.
Workspaces provide a streamlined and organized environment for users to access apps/notebooks and resources, enhancing user-friendliness.
You can access Workspace from the Main Screen by going to the Platform Section. see the picture below.
There are two ways to arrange and display the work in Workspace.
Filters - In the Filter section, the items are categorized beforehand as per the Dashboard, Notebook, and All Apps (or based on the App's Template Synthesizer, Composer, Orchestrator, or any Favorite objects). Users can also access the Apps, Dashboards, and Notebooks by refining the results through filters such as Name, Type, Tags, and other criteria.
Folders - Using the Folders tab, we can create and arrange Apps/Dashboard/Notebooks into Folders, making it easier to organize our work. The parent Folder also allows for a hierarchical organization of all sub-folders. Additionally, we can add or delete folders as needed.
Creating a New App/Dashboard/Notebook.
To create a new App, Dashboard, or Notebook, select the desired object and click the "Create New" dropdown on the right.
