Syntasa is a self-service web application that enables digital teams to connect first-party behavioral and enterprise data, build and deploy your customized models, run in a private cloud, and activate across channels.
How it works
The platform enables users to ingest their data, build models utilizing the latest AI/ML capabilities, and then activate the results and decisions via numerous integrations more quickly than when trying to create the same pipelines using traditional development tools.
Data
Using the Syntasa platform using provides utilities to quickly ingest and combine first-party behavioral data from websites, apps, and devices with enterprise data at the individual level.
Users can use their preferred analytics tools for reporting and visualization of the data as well as perform ad-hoc SQL queries and generate propensity scores.
AI/ML
To be able to realize the value of the data as quickly as possible, it requires the harnessing of the power of AI/ML. The Syntasa platform empowers users to quickly create and test models that leverage cutting edge AI/ML capabilities to find patterns in behavior, apply business rules that leverage combined behavioral + enterprise data to automate workflows, and generate personalized predictions for each individual informed by past behavior.
Activate
Now that the insights from the data have been recognized, this wealth of knowledge needs to be put to work and can be easily activated from Syntasa in a variety of ways.
Just a few examples of activating data are to create lists with rules-based or AI/ML-based segmentation and automatically send to DMP; make personalized recommendations available for website, apps, and devices in real-time; integrate with existing martech stack – no need to rip and replace campaign systems.
AppFlow
During and at the completion of quickly building the full end-to-end pipeline, which can be done in digestible pieces known as apps within Syntasa, the AppFlow diagrams give a visual overview of the entire system and allow you to drill into specific apps and view dependencies to see how the apps interact within each other.
Syntasa Apps
A Syntasa app encapsulates one logical segment of work that accomplishes, for example, the ingestion of the data, the application of an AI/ML model, or the activation of the results of the models. Several or many apps are created and linked together to achieve the desired business solution.
From the view of the end-to-end pipeline via the AppFlow diagram you are able to drill down into an individual app to review the details of the dataflow represented by the input datasets, the processes being run to transform and enrich the data, and the resulting datasets.
Integrations and Adapters
One of several reasons Syntasa is able to greatly speed up the building of data pipelines is the number and variety of integrations available from the platform. The variety of integrations include big data, martech, and adtech, each group having numerous examples that are being added to on a regular basis.
Each set of integrations is detailed in the individual articles: Big Data Integrations, Martech Integrations, Adtech Integrations.
Flexible Deployments
Working with Syntasa provides the ability to work how you want to work. The platform can be deployed within the Syntasa cloud utilizing Software-as-a-Service and managed services for the fastest time to go-live or the platform can be deployed within your own private cloud for complete data control and security.
We've also worked with clients to utilize both deployment models, getting a quick start within the Syntasa cloud, and then transition to your private cloud.
Alas, the Syntasa platform is compatible with all major cloud providers, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and Amazon Web Services.
Solutions
The power and flexibility of the Syntasa platform provide the ability to build and run multiple solutions simultaneously. There's no need to purchase multiple different point solutions from different companies.
