Job Activity Grid
The purpose of this screen is to provide a summary of the last run of all jobs within the app. The grid displays the following data:
Job - The name of the job is displayed in this column. By clicking on the Job link, you will be taken to the Jobs-Activity Log page.
Schedule - If schedule settings are enabled in the Job - Configure tab then, the Schedule column value displays as Yes otherwise it should display value as No
Last Run Status - The Status column displays the current status of the job.
Starting - Job is in its initialization stages.
Running - Job is actively running.
Aborted - Job has been aborted (manual intervention required to perform).
Completed - Job has been completed successfully
Failed - Job has been completed with an error.
Last Run Start Time - The Last Run Start Time column displays the start date and time of the job. The date format will be shown in the language of the browser.
Last Run End Time -The Last Run End Time column displays the end date and time of the job. The date format will be shown in the language of the browser.
Last Run Duration (HH:MM:SS) - The Last Run Duration column displays the difference between Last Run Start Time and Last Run End Time if the job is concluded, i.e. Completed, Failed, or Aborted. If the job is in the status Starting or Running then the Duration column displays the difference between Start Time and the user's computer's current time
Next Run - Based on schedule settings this column displays the Next Run Date and time. If the schedule is event or trigger-based then the Next Run column displays as blank
Tags - The tag section displays the Tags which are added/selected while creating the new job
Created By - Created By column indicates the User name who created the Job
Created Date - Created Date column indicates the date and time in which the job is created
Last Modified By - Last Modified By column indicates the User name who modifies the Job details
Last Modified Date - Last Modified Date indicates the date and time in which the job is being modified
Download - Using the Download icon user is able to download the grid details.
Sorting - All columns can be sorted by clicking on the column header. Clicking once results in the column to be sorted in ascending order, indicated by an up arrow (); a second click results in the column sorted in descending order, indicated by a down arrow (); a third click removes sorting on the column, indicated by no arrow.
Filtering - All columns can be filtered by clicking on the filter icon (). The date columns, i.e. Start Time and End Time, can also be filtered directly using the calendar icon ().
