Is there a way to upload a local notebook to a Syntasa Notebook?

No. At this time it is not possible to upload a saved notebook file. That capability is being considered as a possible enhancement for a future version of Syntasa.

  This feature was added in Syntasa 6.3. When creating a Syntasa notebook you can import a ipynb file.
